EMBRACING AUTUMN . DAY RETREAT
YOGA . SOUND . BRUNCH . FOREST BATHING . FIRE CIRCLE
08/11
Join Natalia (Yoga with Natalia) and Karolina (Surya Yoga & Sound) for a day of rest and reconnection in the beautiful grounds of Stoughton Grange Farm Park.

Set just on the edge of Leicester, this retreat is an urban oasis in nature — a place where you don’t need to travel far to feel far away. We’ll gather in a stretch tent beside woodland and a tranquil lake, sharing yoga, sound, forest bathing, and the warmth of fire as autumn deepens.
Why Embracing Autumn?

By early November, autumn is deepening — the trees have turned, the air is crisp, and nature is slowly preparing for the quiet of winter. It’s the perfect moment to pause, rest, and reconnect.
This retreat is designed to:

-
Honour the season — embracing the beauty of autumn before winter arrives
-
Deeply rest through yoga and sound
-
Reconnect with nature through forest bathing and fire meditation
-
Nourish body and soul with grounding practices and hearty food
