Your booking is only confirmed after I receive the payment for the non-refundable deposit of £400 and after you fill up the retreat form.

 

The remaining amount should be paid up to 7 weeks before the retreat (22nd of July 2025).

 

Because of the need to confirm and pay for the number of people with the remaining contractors, unfortunately if you haven’t paid the remaining amount by 29/07/2025 your place will be cancelled and the non-refundable deposit will be kept.

 

If you would like to pay in instalments, please get in touch and I will check what is possible to be arranged.

Bare in mind that this retreat has a minimum of 7 participants to take place, wait until the retreat is confirmed to make your travel arrangements. I will let you know about it as soon as possible.

In the case of the retreat being cancelled by me (i.e.: insufficient numbers, illness, etc.) rest assured that you will receive the full amount you paid, including your deposit.

 

With the retreat going ahead, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

If you cancel up until 6 weeks before the retreat (29/07/2025) you get your money back (minus the non-refundable deposit).

 

If you cancel any time after this period (29/07/2025), unfortunately, no refund will be possible to be made due to the commitments made.

 

You are joining the retreat under your own risk, taking responsibility for your own health and conditions by travelling with health/travel insurance and being responsible to check with your doctor whether you can do physical activities and travel.
